like it says post up your pics if you front hitches thinking of getting one or making one.

i did not just deep enough im looking for you on a 93-97 ranger i think seabass has on but i dont remember

i want mine to come out in the hole in bumper not under it like all the ones i have seen that are a bolt on kit

Exactly, the bolt on ones go under, a custom one would go through the hole.

Pick up yellow pages, look up scrap yards, and also look up welding services.

From those two searches you should be able to put the rest together.

i will go to a junk yard and i have a welder at the house

Should be about the same. I think the hole on the 93-97 is a bit smaller but it should fit about the same.

You should only need about 3 inches behind the valance.

He has a body lift so the hole in his valance is even with that front cross member. Your cross member will be above the hole in your valance.
