Exactly, the bolt on ones go under, a custom one would go through the hole.

Pick up yellow pages, look up scrap yards, and also look up welding services.

From those two searches you should be able to put the rest together.

Should be about the same. I think the hole on the 93-97 is a bit smaller but it should fit about the same.

 

i have less room between the rad support and front bumper.

 

You should only need about 3 inches behind the valance.

 

idk how much i have i will have to take the front bumper off first
