Flapper wheels FTW! I buy the 3 pack from HF like everytime I go home! Love those things! 60 grit? Although, I should start spending the money on the better ones... Seems like I can use the HF ones for like 15 mins and it's time to change em.

Looks way good!
except one decent one from home depot lasts far longer than 3 from HF, same with cutoff wheels.. i stopped buying stuff like that from HF a long time ago.

need some opinions. I was gonna put a light bar on the bumper, but dont know how it looks. here's a quick mock up. what do you guys say, with or without the bar?

i like it. could make it removable for when you dont need lights. the bumper looks BA, especially since you closed in the sides.

I like to have some type of bar up there and I think put it on.

Are you going to keep the sides tack welded?

No, working on fully welding them now. I just took a lunch break so i thought i would try to get some opinions before i got to welding the bar on.

I like the bar on it, but it seems like it need some bracing. It looks like it could get bent back kindof easy. Idk where you would have room put some though it looks like it is tucked up pretty tight in there.

It might be the angle of the picture but the bar looks a little high to me

If i decide to keep it i would weld it then push a bit on it to see if it needs bracing. its only a light bar really, nothing more.

I was thinkin it looked a bit high too, but it cant come down much or the lights wont fit.

No Kyle, keep it at that height... Matches the hood height if you catch my drift.... Looks badass like that...

Glad to see your getting it done!

I think it just looks high because the bumper drops down below it for the winch
