I'm totally diggin it man! Nice! Some paint, and put the 01-03 round fogs in that bumper, and it'd be even better.

how thick is it?

looks like an almost exact copy of the one on that diesel ranger with the 4bt

make sure you can easily access the free spool/engage ****. anywho i like it!

Its 11 gauge. Somewhat strong but not too heavy and yeah I still gotta cut some kind of hole for the ****

spray paint it with flat black so its easy to touch up and paint the fender flairs to match

Line-X is amazing, but flat black is cheaper and easier to fix when you scratch it. I would probably do flat or semigloss black if I were you.

just use rattle can paint.

cheap.. and easy to touch up like everyone says. i prefer leaving the battle scars though

your pics are so small but that bumper is sick thats exactly what im going to need to build for a drop bumper when i build mine

Sweet bumper but I agree with Matt that that winch is kind of low.

do the line-x...around here its guaranteed for life so if u scratch it they will fix the scratch for free...imo

line-X is pretty nice and they do have a lifetime guarantee, but every time you scratch it you will have to take it off the truck, make an appointment, drop it off for a day then go pick it up and put it back on again. Just get some bedliner in a rattle can. its not nearly as heavy duty as the real stuff, but for $20 or so its hard to go wrong. way tougher than regular rattle can, just as simple to apply and touch up and super cheap. That's what i have on my bumpers.
