Actually, Ben (Jeweler54) crawled under his truck in the rain to give me a few measurements... I can get you some measurements tomorrow if you want em.

About your PM, 1/4in will work jsut fine... I just figured I can bend 3/8in in the iron worker if it's under 10in wide... So I just did that... The belly and sides are 1 piece... The part that bolts to the frame was welded to the belly piece... And I just went from there adding more metal to it to protect certain areas.

Yeah this thing weighs a good 40lbs... But it's only a t-case skid... So there isn't a whole lot of metal... I thought about 1/2in for the skid, til I realized I didn't want to lift that up when I was done with it lol.
