Replace jump seats with bench seats in 2007 Ranger?

 

Do you mean the rears? There’s no leg room back there to begin with and you wanna add a bench?

 

Yes the rears. Either a bench or if it's possible, can the jump seats be turned forward facing? The back seats would be for a child or short trips for an adult. Is there a bench from another truck that would fit?

 

The bench seats can not be turned forward facing, and even so for a child, the seats would be hard up against the back seats.
There is simply not enough room for a forward facing rear bench seat.
What's wrong with sitting sideways, why a bench seat ?

 

The bench or forward facing seats are strictly for safety reasons. We don't need a car seat to fit just a booster seat for our six year old granddaughter. Plus there are no shoulder straps for the seatbelt in the side facing seats. Any suggestions?

 

Don’t put her there. Use a different vehicle if possible. If need be as a last resort you could have her sit in the front passenger seat but it’s not really recommended
