Yeah, but the customer wants it to be removeable so that it can be powder coated. We've got the bolt in cage adapters for the a-pillars and will be using 1 3/4 tube clamps for the b-pillar. I've already drawn up some plates that use the rear a-arm bolts to tie it into the rear, it will have a rear seat for kids.

I have seen a lot of cages go into JK's and that is one of the cleanest I have seen. Great job.

What other plans do you have for it?

you got some fab skills man!! nice work.. the jeep (not the cage) would look better without those big *** fender flares, needs only about half that width... but im guessing its a customer's ride??

Thanks, and those are the factory flares for a JK. This is a customers vehicle.

It's also getting rock-jock 60's front and rear with a 3" lift and 37's.

Awesome! What kind of tube notcher does the shop have, Jey? I would assume a tube shark, but I was wondering. I have the JD2 Notch Master, but it cant do notches in bends which can suck at times.

Is that bedliner on the Rollcage where the passengers would step over or on it? Cool idea to keep the painting looking nice.

Also, I'm guessing that's just 1.75 DOM, .120 sidewall for the cage? Looks good man. Definitely a good all purpose rig now.

Yeah we had the Line-x shop spray on the tubes that you would touch getting in and out so the customer wouldn't always be touching up the paint.

Yes its 1.75 .120 wall.

Just finished a cage/back-half on a TJ as well.
