i think this can turn out pretty cool. you going to use the factory fenders and cut them to weld in the tube part?

we plan to replace the whole fender, just use some 1/8th plate to re make the non tube parts.

so the whole fender will be flat? thats going to look very off... if you took the factory fender and cut it high and installed the tube you want you still keep a somewhat factory/recognizable shape to it

not it won't be flat, it will contour to the body lines...just thicker metal, and will withstand a beathing. going to take a lot more time than the jeep fenders.

Sounds interesting, my fender wouldn't risk being damaged if the outer edge was tube so i dunno, don't really see a reason to make it entirely of tube.

But sounds like a cool idea.

for the ability to flair it out....im going to be running full width 3/4 ton axles...and still want it street legal, and don't feel like distroying fender flares on trees. there are a lot of them to lean into in washington

Seems like a pretty cool idea. I would have to see it on a ranger to really know if I would want one.
