c'mon dude. obviously the designers of the ranger and toyotas didnt sit down together and make matching bumper brackets and mounting areas! but it just so happens that the frame rails are the SAME WIDTH.. thats all im saying, it will be up to you to fabricate mounts to use bolts if you must... personally, i just welded mine on and called it good.

no but like i said it was built for some guy it has no guard and you have to take your stock bumper off to install it the winch goes inside of it bout a 5in horizontal slot for the cable to come out its also powder coated and weighs proly around 150 - 300 pounds didnt handle it myself let someone else and watched him he said it weighed a ton

i would never mount a winch to a brush guard.... a winch mount need to be tied directly into the frame. whether its with a hitch or a full mount... some bumpers have good winch mounts but those are really sturdy... a brushguard will not cut it! theres a reason its called a "brush"guard!

your best choice is getting a front trailer hitch or "hidden hitch" search the forums. FX4wannabe01 has one. there are others... its essentially a front mounted trailer hitch.. so you can keep your bumper and brush gaurd... then you get your winch and find a receiver mounting plate and you can take your winch on and off like a trailer... search and you will find!
