Nice deal bruiser. And for someone to brag about a chevy cav. running 11.30 sec in the 1/4 aint doing too good. I've owned a Cav, and a couple of dimers and have this much to say about the Cav.: L.O.L. hell a factory five roadster which aint very areodynamic runs faster than that with a bone stock 302 with 4.53 gear ratios. That's with strait up motor. Bruiser knows what he's doing dude. Sometimes if you look closely you might not have to change everything. Ford has been known to use better injectors so he might not have to change them. hey bruiser, what kind of crank are you planning on using?

I had a Cobalt SS/ Supercharged. I ran about 13.4 with the mods I had, and in no way in hell would it even hook up with street tires. I agree with D.

Also what did he say bout ur truck ranger?

Who's your buddy, and what's his setup? That number seems kinda inflated.

he never bothers to get on any of the ranger forums, too many people on them strokin there own wookies, you will always have the nay sayers, and then ull have the people that do it on a daily in and out basis, ill take some pics and write out a spec sheet once he gets it all back to me, but if that tickles your fancy you should see the 347TT thats gettin built for another ranger

So.....it smokes the tires at 90mph, but hooks up well enough to run 11.30's? Oh, I know, that must be in the 1/8.

I only question the reality of said engine. Whether or not he's on Ranger Forums really doesn't matter. I figured, through the grapevine, that he'd be known by someone on one of the many Ford or 2.3T geared forums. But, I know of no one with a Ranger (I take it that's what the engine is in?) with that much power in their 2.3T's.

Not calling BS or anything, I just want to see or read about said guy and his setup is all. :)

And yes, I'd love to see the 347TT

yes, it is a 2.3 turbo, ill get u a spec sheet asap, the 347 will be something else, itll actually fit quiet well into a ranger seein as the turbos can be mounted above the steerin instead of interferring with the steerin linkage like most would assume. actually....on that note if anyone has a EB 9" to donate to the cause it would be much appreciated

The only vehicles I know pushing over 10-15psi are diesel trucks. Which typically are boosting around 20-28psi (depending on the motor) Cars are typically in the range of 5psi to a max of 15psi all dependant on the motor. I doubt the Ranger is going to be able to work with anything over 10psi. I just think the motor will not be able to handle it.

ya know you can controll how much tire spin to an extent with how you drive its quite easy thats like sayins a 1200hp drag car is slow because it spins the tires. Its sad how many people are out there that are complete fuc*ing retards !

What? Mine gets a constant diet of 20PSI. 25PSI with good gas.

Looking at 30PSI with the Megasquirt and race gas when it's done.
