Well, with my decision to keep my truck I am back to the modifications. I had sold the kit a long time ago and no I have a new ZEX wet kit sitting in the truck that I am putting on this week. I am gonna contact some people about getting a tune done for it to run the gas and also to update it for the new parts that I have put on.

I sold it because I had thought I had bought a blower kit for my truck but the guy backed out on it. So I bought a new ZEX kit to replace it. I really like how the kit is put together so far. Really easy to install and as a total the quality is great!

Are there any bottles that will fit in the small consoles?? Also, how much power can you run on a 3.0 without going wet?

I ran the truck tonight :) :( I snapped an axleshaft! I launched at 4500, took off, BANG! Got the truck hauled out by a buddy of mine who had his mustang there.

i think nx makes a sneaky pete kit, with a 1.5lb bottle that *might* fit in the console, but its too small to really be effective; you'll get HUGE pressure drop in seconds with such a small bottle, not to mention that you'd be filling it after 1 run

i wouldnt run ANY kind of dry kit on the 3.0, regardless of size, unless you plan on changing your returnless fuel system overto a return-style system.

dry kits need to regulate fuel pressure to increase enrichment fuel when spraying. this cannot be done on a returnless fuel system. you'll end up going VERY lean and doing minor/major engine damage.

I wonder if you were to buy a wet kit and sell the big bottle and get a motorcycle kit bottle if that would work any better. From the looks of it, it would fit in an explorer center console.

Yeah, I was thinking about one of those bottles, but I guess I'd need a bigger bottle anyway. Isn't there some type of kit that sprays mixed fuel and nitrous into the intake?
