Cleaned the fiddy!

Took a few hours to clean on the new fiddy. She was kinda dirty. Jt was juat a regular wasb and vacuum. No major detailing. Also took the bull guard off the front. But she turned out purdee

This truck will now be cleaner at all times than my truck is immediately after washing it.

Do you have front license plates in NC? If not, I'd take that plate holder off the bumper. Love that interior... sooo nice.

LOL! Naw man. Its good to see a fellow NC clean freak.

Hey Scott, I just remembered something. My former super at my last job had a truck almost identical to yours (year, color, etc)

He has a color-matched grille surround, and a billet grille from Carriage works. AWESOME looking.

He also got a leveling kit, and slightly bigger tires than what you have now. Needless to say, it only took a little bit of modding to make his truck looks awesome.

thanks guys!! Im down and out today though for some reason. For the ife of me, I am still not 100% happy with the truck like I thought I would be. I mean it is super nice and has all the features that I wanted, but for the life of me it still isn't making me happy. Really bugging me why not too. Trent thinks its buyers remorse lol.

It is clean, but I dont know if I can ever make it clean as the Ranger is (I still have as of the moment). The only two things wrong with the truck is the one of the backup sensors needs replacing and the pop out ashtray (my change holder) stopped locking into place to close today and I dont know how to get into the dash to try and fix that. I mean that's it. Two small measly things, yet they are irking me to death haha.

may go look at this one tomorrow, but I think its gonna be more than I want to spend:

Its actually an 07, but i dk the mileage. looks almost as clean as the Ranger in person.

Does anyone ever get this or had this feeling after buying a vehicle? I mean I can sell the current fiddy and make profit on it no problem, but I wanna love it like I do the Ranger...

I only had sellers remorse. Maybe you have to look harder for that equivilant of Betsy.
Have you joined a fiddy forum to see how to fix those two things? They are pretty minor for a used truck. I would let them slide for a while.

Sell the f150 and just keep the ranger.

The bezel around the radio just pops out. Get your fingernails under it or a small screwdriver and pop it off. Once its off you'll be able to get to the ashtray. I forget the number but there is actually a TSB for that ashtray on the 04-06s.

the sensor is easy peasy, but it cost about $100, which is no big deal. just gotta find which one. as for the ash tray (change holder) im not sure. Its not even those things really. Its just today, i dont feel right i guess. its hard to explain. Feels like im borrowing someelses truck. Sara said its because i havent "made" it mine.

I like the black one over the white one.
I know when I got my ranger it didn't feel legit. It felt surreal for a while.
