Icon14 Joined the Powerstroke club!

Exactly what I've been searching for, for months now (drove 350 miles each way to get it). It was hard enough to find a well looked after 7.3L, let a lone one with every detail I wanted (minus power seats):

00' F350 XLT, Supercab shortbox 4x4, 7.3L Powerstroke, 6-spd manual, manual t-case, manual hubs, Alcoa wheels, power (locks, mirrors, windows), A/T/C with grey cloth interior.
-1 owner truck, never smoked in, only towed a small horse trailer twice and used 4wd less than 10 times!

Only good pics:

Have some maintenance/tune up work to do, replace mudflaps and remove decals, put my Avic F700BT and Infinity speakers in, then new tires, leveling system, 6-pos chip and dual 4".

Thanks for looking guys, I love this thing!

It's great! The clutch drags a bit (assuming it needs adjusted/bled), but I like it better than the autos I test drove.

19.5MPG through the foot-hills of the Rockie Mountains, doing 70mph slowing down for slower cars, going through city limits and romping on it up the hills. That's with old fuel filters and into the wind, awesome!

It definitely looks like an old man's truck with the mudflaps, chrome rockers and all. lol
But still that is a good thing, it's probably had a very easy life!

Man, you guys with your big trucks - I am really really wanting to step into an F150 soon as I get another job and can save up to pay msot of it off in cash - That is one sick truck buddy, awful jealous of ya! Give it a bath, a wax, then shampoo that interior and you are good to go!

It's black, paint needs a good buffing and some dents/paint chips taken care of right away.

Hah yeah, it fits in well in this farming area though, lol. I may do a bed-type lining on the bottom as the inside fender lips have the paint chipped away and I'm not a fan of fender flares or chrome lips.

A big truck is fun, especially if you have use for it. However the fuel and more expensive parts take their toll after a while . . .

Already have a 4" turbo back dual system from MBRP on the way . . . ordered it on the way home, lmao. I really don't need/want the noise, more the look (and two clouds of smoke . . . ).

It all seems fine, maybe I'm just not used to this transmission/way the truck drives, or maybe something is wrong. I'll probably be upgrading the clutch before long anyway.

What's your Username over there?

Thanks again guys, hope to have it safetied and plated this coming week so I can actually drive it and mod it. That may come after seeding is done though!

EDIT - I forgot to give a big thanks to freddie, he answered some of my noobie 7.3L questions while searching for a truck, thanks again man!

I don't care much for 5" either myself. 4" sounds killer but a lot of 5" sounds obnoxious.

New tires (305/70R16) Firestone Destination M/T's and Harley headlights. Currently installing my AVIC and waiting for my exhaust to arrive.

How have you liked them so far? We've had them on a few trucks and they've proven to last and work well, but none are very old.

Got my AVIC, accesories and rear-view camera mounted discretely:
(ignore the velcro pads, previous owner mounted Disk-Changer control there, removing tomorrow)

while out for a test drive:

Thanks for looking.

What headunit is that? Cause I'm pretty sure I'm seeing a Windows 95 OS on that screen.
