Very good lookin!! We have the same wheels! Throw some 275/65/20 Nitto Terra Grapd for a nice stance.

Interested in tuner? I have SCT XCal2 for sale

Thanks guys!!! My plans are to eventually get a tuner for it but level kit and tires are pretty high up on the list. Love the way you truck looks Dixie! Did you lose much power or mileage with the bigger tires? Pretty much the exact set up I have envisioned for it. Paint the grill black, paint the mirror caps silver, tint the front windows, etc. Nothing crazy but tasteful.

Nope! I even went back to my stock tune and cant tell a difference from my old SCREW that I had for a few months. Plus they dont rub since they are 34x11s (275/65/20) The 20" wheels really set these trucks off IMO. All you need is an AutoSpring 2.5" front leveling kit to really run these tires. If you want a little wider tire, go with the 295/65/20 Nitto but they may rub a little on the UCAs at full lock

Id also put some 09+ mirrors on it with PTM caps instead, they look soo much better than 04-08 mirrors

Awesome! Thanks for your help! I've spent the last couple days debating whether to get a 3" or 2.5,35s or 33s? I've decided on a 2.5 with a 34",but now Bfg all terrains or good year duratracs! Lol! I'm way over thinking this but only want to do it once!

Do NOT do a 3". It will start to mess up front end components. 2.5 is perfect. Mine sits level as can be. 34" tires are PERFECT on our trucks. You just need to decide if you want 11" wide like mine or the wider 285/65/20 in the BFG. Stay away from Goodyear or you wont be doing it just once

Love that truck! I'm doing a 2.5 and 34s for sure. I was talking about the the Bfg vs good year debate. I think I've decided on the bfg's. I had nitto terra grapplers on the 01 and was happy with them too,but I like that the bfg's seem to last a lot longer.

In some ways I wish I had gotten the 12.5" wide tires (295/65/20) BUT I wanted NOT RUB at all.

Yeah id have gotten the BFG as well if they were not so dang high!!!

What my truck looks like with BFGs:

Those were 325/60/20s or a 35.5x13" WAY TOO WIDE for these stock wheels. Sure it looks beast, but it tears the fame and UCA up as well as the inside of the tire

I do! This truck has little things like that added to it that even the guy who sold it to me didn't even know. Oh! And they put a new manifold, gasket, and studs on it the week I bought it!!!! Makes me very happy since I was fighting that on my 01.

Finally got the truck in to get the windows tinted, welded a new exhaust tip on it and installed a new blower motor resistor in it last night. Also got my buddies superchip tuner on it now. Will have a level kit on it with some new rubber after Christmas hopefully!
