What does it mean by connect to the battery? I have 3 of these little washer like objects

I was thinking maybe connect one to the positive & negative parts of my battery? Why do I have 3?
Thanks for any help!

Those washer type things are called ring terminals. Connect to battery means connect to power. Easiest place to connect to power is that plate with 2 studs infront of the fusebox, after the abs controller things. Let me find a pic.
One of the cables has two fuses on it, and the end of it has one ring terminal. The other two ring terminals are bundled with the cables for the other ballasts. So there is one ring terminal per ballast, plus one ring terminal after the fuses.
Help help? Thanks a bunch.
two are likely ground, one is likely power. 2 grounds, 1 for each headlamp. But.....I see you have a wiring diagram.....what does it say? Post of pic of it...usually those diagrams are fairly self explanitary.
Heres a bigger shot:

I think the ground makes sense, if you look at the bulbs in the top right it has "H G L" and I have 3 cables... High Beams, Ground, Low Beams???
If you could get me a picture of the power source that would be great. Where do you recommend for a ground?

I went out and took some shots....i like to use existing grounds or existing bolts for my grounds.....the second photo shows where a majority of my grounding is at. I know I know....i despirately need to clean up my add-on's wiring. Have you found a place for your ballasts?? I've got pics on this site on a hid thread. Hope it helps.

Well, theres 3 of them.
Didn't realize it was taking pictures in B/W at first, heres the color one...

Looking at it again I can see that the ring terminal connected to the fuses is red, and has "+" next to it. The other one is black and has a negative next to it.
Does that mean those two hook up directly to the battery, one positive one negative? And the last, unmarked one, is the ground?

PERFECT! Yes...red generally means positive. Black generally means negative. If the extra relay is in the same cluster as the positive negative for the relay, then the extra one should be a ground. relays need a ground. so that's what i assume that extra one if for.

Thanks for taking the pictures, really appreciate it. My bolts were covered by a little box so I wouldn't have had a clue what you meant without those pictures.
Any idea on which of the 3 go there? And does it matter which bolt they connect too?
I can't really just pull it back, it's taped up. Would it be safe to assume its a ground? What's my safest test, leave it unattached to anything, or ground it somewhere? The extra one goes to my passenger side. What makes for a good ground? Just a random bolt/nut that connects to metal?
Well, the one mystery one looked identical to the one marked as a negative, so I grounded it.
Got everything all done, lights work, except it's backwards... default is high beams, when I switch to high beams it enables the low beams *sigh*

I'm not sure. The picture is kind of cut off, above the HLG is marked 9004, above the HGL is marked 9007.
This might be kind of a hack job idea.......but you could just swap the high wire with the low wire at the plug....and that should cure this problem. But do go over your set up to make sure all in installed correctly.....espicially the hi/low part.
The connector seen circled in this picture needs to be re-wired:

The 9004 bulb pictured on the left is wired for High Low Ground. Our 9007 bulb pictured on the right is wired for High Ground Low. For some reason my connector was setup for the 9004 bulb when I ordered it, so I wasn't aware the connector wiring was something that may need to be changed, or was easy to change. I simply swapped the Ground & Low wires going to the connector.
Now with that said....
Shane, thank you for your help.
Matt, thank you for your help.
Alon, thank you for your help (I called him =P).
05BLKEDGE, thank you for your help.
