Brushguard Dilemma
Brushguard Dilemma
So, out of nowhere, and totally unexpectedly, a WAAG 3-pc brush guard shows up on Wednesday. If you haven't been following along... What do I do? I remove the Polar Bear guard, and mount the WAAG. It’s what I always wanted. So here’s where the dilemma comes in: I have two brush guards, and I only paid for one. I need you guys to help me make up my mind by Monday. Here are the options:
Keep it, don’t call them: they screwed me over so much, I deserve both. I could always sell it to someone local. But I run the risk of them trying to double-charge me, and if I wait to long, I might not have an argument.
Call them: this would possibly involve them trying to take it back. Either way, I’m going to tell them that I’m not going to pay a dime, because they’re the ones that screwed it up. I really don’t think they’ll try to take it back, because I had it installed for a few days, and quite a few miles, including a round-trip from Pittsburgh to DC. They say they don’t take returns on installed items, so I think I may end up with both anyway.
If I do end up getting to keep it, I would be willing to sell it to someone local (shipping would be awful, since it’s 1-pc). There’s nothing wrong with it, and it’s not a bad guard, I just can’t use it because of how badly it interferes with my front hitch.
If anyone has any ideas that I didn’t think of, please let me know! Help me make a decision by Monday!

Call them and tell them. If they want it back tell them to send the money to you for shipping. Two wrongs don't make a right. BE HONEST!
