I hate taking my truck to the dealer, it's handing them my baby. I have to do this soon too :'(

 

Yeah it sucks big time. It didn't help that the guy in parts & service was a d1ck.

 

The guy at the ford stealership in columbus was a d!ck too when i was getting parts... Some people just dont realize how much someone can care for thier car / truck....

Yeah, I was disappointed. The guy next to the guy helping me was a nice guy and helped me after the other douche left.

 

The parts guy at my dealership is awesome, lately he's started to knock off $$ from my purchases since im in there often lol.. The service advisors tend to be a$$es customer service wise. Good luck with your deal man, hope it gets fixed!

i acutally got some nice people for the first time yesterday, when i went in to get some new door pins a while back and i told him all my trucks info and he came back with diffrent ones he got all pissed off and told me " well these are the ones the fu**ing computer told me are in your truck".... nice guy huh

 

Nice? Haha, that's ridiculous. If the guy even thinks about cussing at me, well they won't be getting my business anymore.
