i've had this done for a while but never posted pics...

i put in a ohc from a 98 explorer. i also soldered in two 36 LED circuit boards. it looks sweet and is super bright..




The switches are both for my train horns..

Do you think you can post up some info on how you did the LED lights in the OHC and the dome. I am thinking this would be a good mod to do.

What brand are the LED lights and where did you get them?

i actually got the led boards on ebay. the leds in the dome light i got from superbrightleds.com. i'll try to post some more info on how i did it if i get time.. it's really simple to do. mount them in there with a hot glue gun

Looks really bright, nice job.

 

the ribbon where the light sockets go into is the power, the side closer to the front windshield is the + and the side closer to the rear of the truck is the - solder your leads to that strip.
