I've gone through like 6 turndowns, I always knock them off when wheelin. So I've just stopped putting them back on

i have mine dumped right behind the cab. it sounds awsome and i dont do any off roading so i dont have to worry about the getting hit.

for now its stock but I have a qeustion if I cut off the pipe and just leave the muffler is their a hanger on the muffler or do I need to install a new hanger to hold the muffler

Uh, YEP!

IMO anythin but is USELESS on a V8!

But I'm an OL' SCHOOL MOTORHEAD (pre-computer) and believe in ALL THROTTLE, NO BOTTLE buildin and go for the best bang for the buck!

 

Stock with a tip

 

I had turndowns but I keep knocking them off so its just muffler now with not tips or anything, and robert your truck is growing on me with that 3in body lift. I said it looked small when you first put it on but now I like it, alot.

 

lightning style. I have had it on for about 5 years. I really dislike it though. it resonates thoughout the cab on long trips. its quite annoying

 

mine looks identical to 04blackedge's

dumped right out of the muffler.
