Why do I hear a lot about converting a F350 to an F250????

I literally don't get why. Help me out.

 

 

I haven't seen anything about this. I've seen people want to convert their 250s to 350s though.....

No, no, no. I'm not retarded. I've seen it on a couple of sites. I don't have links due to I don't remember. I just thought it ummmm seemed...Dumb. So I'm glad I'm not the only one who would find this crazy. All I needed to know. Thank you.

Uh old thread but a 80-97 F250 came with a twin traction beam suspension where as the 350 has a solid dana 60. The springs are an upgrade also so its just considered swapping from f250 to f350

but the backwards conversion is simple. GVWR for registration costs
