It's a reg cab.
One of the dealers I went to had an XL reg cab 4 banger with A/C, payload pkg and upgraded rims for an out the door price of 14,500. I couldn't believe they were asking that for such a basic (It had the vinyl seats and no CD)truck. Had to go else where after that "special" offer.

I think they scam more on interest rates than selling price. Be carefull on that. It's worth getting an on line quote before going in for comparison purposes. They'll match the interest rate.
The last ones i bought were at invoice less the available rebates. I think that amounted to about $5,000 of MSRP.

$13K sounds good to me, I priced a couple of 3.0L 5spd, XL 4x2 trucks locally and the best price was just shy of $19K withtout tax or tags. Each had A/C, 7' bed, regular cab, with AM/FM/CD, bedliner, tow hitch, and one had a $75 payload package. Online it specs out at $17,279, but none of the local dealers even come close, and none seem very willing to special order, all want to push trucks they have in stock. Not to mention that the Sport package is more than 2K over the XL in itself.
The problem I seem to find is that all of the base model trucks are 4 cyl. stick with no A/C. All of the 3.0L Trucks I find are automatics, and many without A/C. The hardest find has been finding a longbed. I'll keep my current trucks before I give up either A/C or a long bed. They seem more willing to deal on the larger trucks, so far, every dealer has tried to push the F150. A deal could probably be had on a super stripped model with a 4cyl, stick and no other options, but even at that, they are all over $15K here. There are a few rebates running now, I believe that there's still a $2,000 cash rebate on til the end of this year, but that hasn't been mentioned to me yet at any of the dealers I've talked to. It is listed online. Try this link for a price online from Ford:

The first dealer I went to offered me the 2000 rebate and a discount of 380 because I initiated contact via the internet, but that still only got their price on the just above base XL to 14,500. I didn't even price the Sport with them. Edmonds.com has lots of good info on there and they list all the current rebates/incentives for all makes/models.
