35's, you'll need a 3" body lift and 4" suspension lift (Superlift or Rancho are your only options for a 4x4), and you'll probably be happiest with 4.88's. Don't even consider cheap "suspension lifts" like torsion keys, they're worthless. Also, you may think that 3" or 4" of lift is enough, it's really not. lol. And if you were to get 33's, you'll just end up wanting 35's not long after, I've been down that road before.

My truck below with the aforementioned lift, 35's, and 4.88 gears.

Ride isn't too bad, I don't really feel much of a difference, 4x4 trucks have torsion bars so they're never gonna ride great. lol.

You can expect to pay a few hundred or so for the gears, and a few hundred for a limited slip if you choose to upgrade that (not necessary), and then a couple hundred or so maybe more for somebody to install it. So budget yourself for at least $1k on the gear swap depending on whether you upgrade the limited slip. If you don't, it should be less money.
