1994 Splash rides like*****
My 1994 Ranger Splash rides bumpy , bounchy and hard. One problem is that the cab bolts are loose but also frozen. I have replaced front shocks with good Monroe shocks and was a big help. Any suggestions for rear shocks to get a softer ride- Gas shocks, air shocks? OR do I have to add 100 pounds of sand to the bed. Thanks
We need to know more about your truck.
Is it a standard cab extended cab, 2 or 4 wheel drive?
What size engine, manual or automatic transmission.
What size tires do you run, what brand and model, plus how much air pressure do you keep in them?
If I was concerned about ride quality, I would purchase shocks to match what you installed on the front.
If you have a 4x4 with torsion bars the adjustments may be maxed out to lift the front of the truck.
