1995 Ford Ranger Hose ID?
1995 Ford Ranger Hose ID?
Hi, I have a 1995 Ford Ranger XLT 3.0. I need to replace a hose. What does it do, what is it called and what is it's size? Basically I bought a Ranger off of eBay with numerous undisclosed issues. Being poor, I have to learn to be a mechanic. Any help greatly appreciated.
Hose
Hi, goes under the manifold and connects to some sort of module with cream colored plastic. Hose ls about 26" long and connects to the right of the power steering fluid cap. "T" shaped connector.

I believe thats the fuel system evap line. (routes fuel vapor from the tank back to the intake to be burnt) The other line is coming from the evap canister and the cream thing is most likely the purge selenoid. no real need to buy a specific part you can just pop the line off and take it to any parts store and buy a length of fuel line of the same inner diameter.
