1996 3in lift with manual steering

I’ve had a 1996 ranger with the 2.3l and 5 speed manual trans and manual steering, for a couple years now and I am looking to give it a 4in suspension lift in the front. I will most likely be buying this kit; https://www.unlimitedtruck.com/4-inc...CABEgIiDfD_BwE, As you may know this kit states it does not fit for manual steering, is there a way to get around this? Can I just buy a different pitman arm separate from the kit? Any help is appreciated, thanks!

When I have run into similar problems with lift kits, I've just called them, they know why it doesn't fit and usually will tell you, and what you need to do to make it fit if possible.

Seeing that it is a "Rough Country" lift kit, that is who I would call
