1998 4x4 frame the same as a 4x2 rear section
Hi, new to the Ranger forum. Just bought a 98 xlt 4x4 5 speed with a cracked and rusted rear frame section. My local junk yard has a 2004 rust free 4x2 frame for sale. Can you tell me if these frames are the same. Thanks Kevin

4x4 had boxed frame up front but rear should be the same 4WD or 2WD and 1998 to 2012 should be the same for 6ft bed models thats 3rd generation Ranger model years
