2003 ranger

I was pulling my ranger around to the shop and I lost power to my window motors,radio and windshield wipers it is a 2003 ford ranger xlt has anyone had this happen if so what should I do

I would start by checking the fuses. The manual will tell you which fuse(s) run those items. There will be a distribution box under the hood on the drivers's side, and another in the cab.
