She's ok, and that is all that matter but from what she said...the exploder is ****ED. apperantly some punk *** 20 yr old right outta the air force was at a stop sign in an alley and tried to dart out across to the next one (even though there is a sign stating only left turns) and pulled out right in front of her. she took out the rear IRS on the driver side (i think, i forget) and ruined the quater and stuff.

she hit em doin 35 and couldnt slow down in time...id say these are tough lil trucks, im glad she has it now more then ever. the cops said it is his fault :goofy

On a side note, do you have any suspension mods to fit those tires?

Sure glad Sarah did not get hurt!!

Guess that push bar is Exploder rated, it sure did save a lot of front end damage to the Ranger.
I wonder how much more blunt force would have been required to trigger the air bag sensor?

Was there any other damage to the truck besides the bull bar and a scratch on the license plate?

where the tow hooks are mounted to the cross bar up front is bent a little but nothing critical.

air bag didnt go off, which i think is kinda weird but it was more of a side impact then a head on the way it seems.

with out that bar on the front, I bet the damage would have been into the thousands of dollars... new hood, valance, headlights, markers, front fenders, bumper, radiator, grill, fog lights, plus anything else up there, including 2 new air bags, medical bills, and a gf that had her face rearranged.

Id say, she is LUCKY!
