Looking at the side interior panels in the back section of my 2009 there are cut outs (notches) that look like there for a roll up cargo cover. Like you see in explorer's.
At the rear are the notches to hold cover assy. and forward of those are notches to secure front of cover. (or so it seems) Mine is only a two door, but the location looks like it would defiantly cover any thing you had in the back.
I have searched the web and can not find any thing on it.
Anybody got any info ? Did Ford really make such a thing ? Or have I got the only Ranger with funny notches in it !
I know what you're talking about.
A friend of mine had one he got out of an explorer, it didn't really work all that well, Kept him from sliding the seat back far enough to drive his truck comfortably, and was a pain to hook the front, you could only operate it from the side with the little bit of room between the seat and door jam.
