3" Body Lift - any noticeable effect on driving ability?

Going with a P.A. 3" lift, with Ranchero shocks as well. This is on a 2001 XLT Supercab 4X4 extended cab. I have slightly larger wheels than stock....
What I'm wondering is this - can anybody give me their opinion on how their trucks handled with this kind of body lift (or any body lift)? Especially, how much of a difference was noticed when taking a turn, like typical merging on highways like we have here in Pa.....very curvy onramps....
Just checking for peace of mind...
Thanks for any help!

As far as I know I havent heard of anyone noticing any change but give it a while and lots of people with body lifts will chime in.

personally if you get like 33x12.5 tires with the body lift it really doesnt change it much at all. personally i think it rides and drives better but thats me

When I had mine with the 15x10s it handled turns better than stock, now with the 15x8s its not bad but again you lift it for a reason and thats not to race or take corners fast.

3" BL with 15x10s and 33s i could take corners smoother and faster than stock.

Are body lifts difficult to install? I am considering this on an 00 ranger 2wd.

I have air tools by the way. Also how long would this take?

Agree but you will learn to hate anti-sway bars, I have been driving in the city for 3 weeks and I'm ready to twist them lol!! Everything else is good though!!
