4x4 doesn’t work after hub conversion?

I recently changed my auto hubs to manual lock in hubs. Before I changed the hubs the transfer case would engage 4x4 but wouldn’t lock the hubs in. After I changed the hubs the transfer case won’t engage 4x4. Any suggestions?

The hubs and transfer case don't have anything to do with each other. Two completely separate systems.
