88 Ford Ranger Performance Upgrades
Hi Everyone,
I own an 88 Ford Ranger with the 2.9L V6. I know I could throw a 302 or something in it but im a big fan of original motor and trannys in my trucks. Its my show truck so I like to add some bling bling under the hood as well as a some extra pony's. So if anyone could point me in the right direction I'd appreciate it. The only things performance wise that is has is Flowmaster exhaust with headers, and 4.56 gears. Its also 4x4. Sorry for the long post just want to get some info thanks again.

for "dress up" they make all sort of breathers and valve covers and plates and attachments for under the hood that are chrome if thats what youre into. as for extra ponys...i have no clue as far as specifics...ever thought about port and polish? the more air you get in, the more air you burn, and the faster the air leaves the truck the faster youll go...

Yea thats what some people have told me to do but I like trucks and cars with matching numbers. Its just what I like I'm just looking to do something different not just throw a V8 in it like other people do.
