88' Ranger - Speedo Calibration...

I've search around the the site looking for something that would be helpful; but, no luck so I'm making this thread...

Now I recently got a ticket for speeding, 15mph over; While my speedo said i was doing only 5mph over... Thats a 10mhp difference; and in the future i dont want to have to remember that its off by 10mph... Normally when I'm driving home I've been awake for at least 15-16hrs so its just one more thing i dont want to have to deal with...

Now I'm not really a car guy or anything So I'm not really sure to tell how large my tires are (but I'm sure i can find out) & as far as i know its all stock...

In any case I was wonder how do i calibrate the speedo in my truck? I would like to fix this myself somehow... I figure it will be a good learning experience...

Thank You!
