sher = sure.

as for engine and truck info, make a sig. if you have OBDII then you could get a tuner. if you are older, i would just swap a V8 in.

welcome to the site.

edit; i just saw your entry post about grammar and your truck info. i always liked the STX package.

Never run wheel spacers. You're asking for trouble.

yeah but the worst they can do is break, Because as far as ware and tare on your bearings and ball joints there the same. Because both are putting more leverage on the hubs

Wheel spacers put MORE wear and tear on the hubs from what I recall reading. it puts the overall weight farther away from the hub, so it's more pressure.

Its either spend $800-$1500 more on tires or buy a set of $100 wheel spacers. I think id go with the spacers. I just spent $500 on rims and $100 on used tires and they dont fit. Im not gonna blow another $600 on rims and tires just cuz they dont fit: Im gettin wheel spacers too. Yea it might be a risk but hey its a lot cheaper!
And take some pics when u get them to show how they look. I was thinkin bout putting just sacers on the front too but i figured itd be goofy

And what happens when the wheel spacers cause the hub to snap or something else? Wouldn't the repair bill add up to MORE than the different rims and tires?

Just food for thought.

Wheel studs dont cost that much.
The hub would last awhile and if it breaks, it needed replacing anyways.
Thats my opinion but im usually wrong

I dont see were puting wheel spacers on or geting rims were the space-r is built in them (ie more back space) is any different as far as leverage
the tire ends up in the same spot, the leverage is the same

When you snap a spindle snout or hub you will regret it.

id also regret having to replace a tire once a month cuz i blew it out cuz they rub. sometimes spacers are needed man. sure its not the healthiest thing for your truck but you can make the same argument about big tires and a big lift they wear out steering and suspension parts too. plus the fact that the brakes dont enjoy stopping your 33 or 35inch tire and wheel combo either. no mod is perfect but i think my truck looks better with the tires flush to the fender and i dont have to worry about slicing a tire cuz i dont rub anymore.

Think of it this way:

Hold a 5 lb weight in your arm and extend it perpendicular to the ground. Hold for a few minutes. Then, using an extension of some kind, hold out the same 5 lb weight using your arm and extension perpendicular to the ground. Your arm's gonna give out quicker.

Yeah thats what im thing, it dosnt madder if you got spacers or back spaced rims the leverage will still be there,,, But it looks like the spacers will have to wait, i ran out of work so ill have to wait untell i can get some more
