Air bag module under the consollete, or under the shifter on a manual, and the seatbelt pretensioners, which is the part the seat belt buckles into. You will most likely have to remove the seat to get to the pretensions, should be 55 torx for the seat bolts, and then either a 45,47, or 50 torx to get the pretensioner off. Pretensioners can come off of any 01-03 truck, and maybe 98-00 will work also.

From my experience (with more than 10 wrecked Rangers), if the bags blows, the pretensioners go. The airbag light won't go out without good pretensioners and a good module. At work, we usually get new pretensioners from a dealer, and rob a module off a parts truck. I'm pretty sure the dealership can reset the module.

You want to be very careful about used bags once you get everything fixed i would have the airbag system checked out.
