a small amount of dirt, fine particles, dust will make its way past any filter
changes in the temperature under your hood likely caused condensation to form inside the intake tube

these droplets of water attracted the dust that normally passes through any filter and viola
- water spotting that looks like drops of mud :eek:

ok...i think i'll pull my intake tube today and show you guys that it was mud. I'm also gonna get some pics of the filter and show you where the mud was getting past it. i think that may help this post
