the wire colors that they have in the book are not right, you need to hunt them down yourself.

I know they are down by the kick panel

I think one is white with blue stripe and green with white stripe, Oh green is pass. and white is driver. There is more than one green with white so make sure that you get the green one that is close to the white one, they are both for the blinks...... In mine, which is an 04, it was on the top left of the bundle (after unpluging it)

You must have it wired to the rear signals. To avoid having the mirror LEDs light with the brakes on your 2004, you need to wire it to the front signals:

RF: white/light blue
LF: light green/white

The wires are in the harness on the left side of the steering column, then they go through the firewall connector.

I took off my turning signal bulb to figure it out

The instructions that came w/ it are wrong. It says green/orange and blue/red...which is totally off.

The correct wire colors are drivers side green w/ white stripe and pass side white w/ blue stripe

follow these directions not the directions included.

BTW, I have to re-wire mine b/c for now it is wired w/ a long wire going from each turning signal bulb
That was quoted from my post
