Icon2 Anybody else have this problem?

Is it to late to fix this myself or will I most likely go through the other side if I do it?

I had the same problem. The body shop peeled the seam back and sanded both inside and out. They treated both sides with a rust inhibitor, and re-painted - that was 3 years ago and all is well. Your only other option is to buy new doors.
