No I can say that I've never hit a bat, at least that I know about. Though riding once with my mom when I was really little she hit a bird with the antenna. Sliced it in half. Worst part is that it was motorized so the antenna goes down when the car is shut off....That antenna never did come back up. Bird guts are apparently another form of cement.

I've never hit a bat but I did have one hanging on my screen door last summer. They get a little angry when you wake them in the middle of the day! lol

Last week I had a robin come swooping in to the front of the truck , Im assuming to catch bugs... I was doing 65 on the highway,, He flew with the truck for what seemed like a while...... then SLOW MO... BAM he met the crack between the hood and the head lamp.....

A buddie of mine hit a swallow square in the wiper blade in his convertable a few years back,, two chicks in the car with us... He turns on the wipers to try and get it off and blood smeers all over the one side of the windshild...
Girls get to Screemin and theres feathers flyin all over the interior....

I think this tops the charts for bird/animal strikes!!!!

Never a bat. I do however call the angled plate under the steering rack the decapitator. I've taken out a few raccoons, cats and other small animals with it.
