that is an easy fix. the yellow could be wiped off right now with some adhesive remover or laquer thinner. and a body man would just go in through the taillight to pop that out.

the important thing to remember here is to keep your cool. as soon as you start yelling and making threats they wont want to deal with u at all. youll get alot farther being nice. Plus, be thankful it wasnt alot worse... that looks like maybe a front loader hit it? heh, coulda been MUCH worse.

The driver should have reported it immediately . My last truck was hit at work twice . Neither time was it reported either, but I saw one of the incidents and the guy admitted it and agreed to pay for the damages, after seeing me backed up to his truck with the backhoe.

Well...sorry about the truck damage. If they don't do anything about it, sue them. Unfortunately, the girl works there, but it's something that has to be done. You have great pictures and a great defence from what it sounds like. Good luck with whatever happens.

Thats like a guy standing there with a knife saying that he wasn't the one who slashed your tires. Do they have video survalience (sp)? My bet is to get a lawyer to send them a letter. For a couple hundred bucks they might just say screw it and pay rather than go through a lawyer or contract the corporate headquarters and tell them how they are treating their employees!!!!

What would happen if the heel of your boot were to go in his head light(or something), he couldnt prove that you broke it and you wouldnt have to fix it?

(This is off the record, kick at your own expence)

Man that sucks. Big companies giving people the run around is a bunch of bullcrap.

Edit: Have you talked to your insurance company? Mayby they could put some pressure on them to pay up?

Hey Bryce......Do they not have any surveillance cameras set up at your g/f's workplace? If so I would see what they can do about pulling the tapes! Bunch of communist bastards!
