what do you guys think
so recently i have been thinking about what to do with my truck. i want to keep modding it but at the same time i wanna save for a bigger truck or a 4 wheel drive ranger which i would definatly mod. my truck as is 2003 2wd xlt 4.0 v6 55,xxx miles. i put on new tails led tailgate brake light vent shades bug deflector 15x8 ar bajas and 30x9.5 bfg ats. pretty much all i wanna do is lift it get some bigger tires and exhaust plus a few other small things. im not sure if its werth lifting or doing any further modding so im just looking for some advice on what to do.

Well ask yourself this. How often do you need 4 wheel drive? Would you put you new nice dd inthe kind situations where 4 wheel drive is needed? And is there anything you dont like about your truck besides it being 2 wheel drive?
I lifted my 2 wheel drive and i love it. I never have needed 4 wheel drive, i just do trails and no real deep mud. Got a bl and coil spring spacers and i can fit 33s no prob. I only have less than 250 in lifting it.

ive only ever needed 4 wheel drive once. and your right i wouldent put a new dd in any situation like that. i dont do trails or anything really either i just love the look of a lifted truck. ive been reading about spindle lifts and body lifts and for what i want it for (the looks ) i could just do a body lift and 31s or 32s if they would fit

I've got a 2wd Ranger. . . . and i don't ever need 4wd. Just throw a limited slip into it sometime. That's what i did. So instead of 1 wheel drive, now i've got 2wd!!! Lift that puppy. I've got a spindle lift with blocks in the back. I spent $380 for my lift, and like $700 on the limited slip and installation. And $1000 for my wheels and tires.

i have a 3'' bl and 31 MT tires if that kinda helps. i payed too much for the lift, regret it but at the same time im just glad i got it done. 430 to install and 190 for kit :/....yeah i know, but i wanted to make sure it was done correctly and all. but yeah i know my mistake, and has burned a hole in my pocket.
