Hey everyone, I was hoping some of y'all might know Zimmer, I think his name is RC, from Ft. Lauderdale. I've had some trouble getting ahold of him, he's supposed to be sending me an EDGE front valence, but he hasn't responded to my emails. I've paypalled him $45 for shipping already, is there any way I can take back that money if I can't get ahold of him? It was paid from a credit card, so I may try to take it up with the credit card company if I can't get ahold of him. Do any of yall know him that might be able to give me his phone number or anything? I really hate to do this but I haven't gotten any response from him in quite some time.

 

Contact your CC company and dispute the claim and they should be able to help you out. I think.

you have to file a claim and go though the process
not a big deal, sign on to PayPal and the links are there
good luck, but you probably want the parts more than the money

 

Dammit it's been like 48 days. I guess I will have to take it up with the credit card company then.

 

your contract is with PayPal and they rightly can keep the money from the CC company
keep at it with the seller
lesson learned, nothing should take so long for delivery
you lost some rights by waiting so long to file
at 48 days the money was already paid by your CC company to PayPal

 

Yeah I sent him a message saying I was going to try and file something with Paypal, and I will talk with my mom about still trying to call the credit card company. I've just been so busy trying to get my stuff ready for college. Man this blows...
