what is better for this time of year??

and what kind do you guys use??

 

since you are up in canada, I'd go with 5w30, especially in winter to help with cold cranking.

I've had great luck with Valvoline 5w30 MaxLife Synthetic Blend.

I believe there was a thread about a month or two back about what oils everyone used.

 

5w30....thats what it says to use under the hood....mines a 4.0...but that doesnt matter.

 

i use 5w20 motorcraft brand everytime

 

Same here paired with a Motorcraft oil filter.

 

sweet, yeah I wen't with 5w30 semi-synthetic, w/ an oil filter on aswell.

 

you could use amsoil. i use 5w30
