You can bolt up any year bumper (93-11) but you will need:

Bumper
Valence
Foglights?
Bumper mount brackets
Bumper support brackets

And they all differ year to year. If you do another 98-00 bumper you can resuse most of your current stuff. When I did my bumper all I needed was the bumper itself, one new support, one new mount bracket, and the valence. But I also added foglights.

Easiest thing to do is to get another 98-00 bumper because you can reuse your hardware. 4 bolts should take it off

Fixed that for you.

Yeah a bent bumper in my book is an excuse to upgrade.

you can get the brackets and stuff but they'll just add on to the total cost which im sure you really don't want

if you don't care for the cost, 01-03 bumper/valence with stock fogs and you're good lol
