Burning up spark plugs

So started with a bit of a rough at low rmp kinda thing and then turned into a misfire. Pulled the plugs and found them pretty burnt and cylinder one was melted. Just did new plugs maybe 5-6000 km ago so not sure why there soon cooked... Any thoughts
Plug on the right was #1 plug on the left is what the rest looked like

They are definitely over heated,

No check engine light ?

You're either running way to lean, or it's pre ignition/pinging to low a grade of fuel

Sometime the check engine light is on sometimes it's not. I may be guilty of using native gas from the reserve

When the CEL is on, see what code(s) it is throwing. OBD readers are cheap these days.
