What would cause a buzz or a type of bell type ring when turning the steering wheel?

 

both ways? or just to the left or right?

 

At first I thought both ways. It seems intermittant? Do you know what it could be? It is a truck I bought my son which is going to be sold and I was driving it yesterday when I noticed that. I don't drive the truck much. Thanks for any head up you can give me.
