To all that Are wondering..... I traded the Red 2008 GT for the Ranger I was -$10,000 upside down.... This time (Yes 2 months later and 1-$400 payment I was only $5,000 upside down (4cyl. Ranger market is STRONG) So In two months I was +$5,000 from where I was. I had this planned from day one. I bought her the Red 2008 GT against her will (She wanted a White Vert) So I figured out a plan to get that car. I managed to pull it off perfectly.
Step One:
Traded 2008 Mustang GT Coupe for Ranger ($20,000 given, I owed $30,000)
Traded 2009 Ranger Sport For Mustang GT Vert ($14,900 given, I owed $19,900)
Mustang's Sticker MSRP - $38,895. I financed $35,000. I just saved $5,000
Understand? If not, I'm sorry, I'm into investments lately and I figured out a way to get the Ranger to use to get out of negative equity.
How long will WE keep this car? Probly a long time, I signed a legal agreement with my dad/investment partner that we would keep it for at least 2 years. If we default on this agreement I will have to pay my dad $10,000 to break contract. Yea sounds stupid, I know, but I signed one with my Ranger two years ago, for keeping my promise, I got $500 to invest through my dads investment company. Win=Win.

Do I have a problem? YES
- It started with a series of bad car decisions 2 years ago. She has always asked for a White Convertible
Why Didn't I buy it 2 years ago? MONEY!
- Our income 2 years ago was EXACTLY 1/2 what it is now.
Am I in debt? NOPE!
-I owe on my house, 14 more payments on my truck, NO CREDIT CARDS OR OTHER LOANS, 72 Payments on the car.
-Debt to income ratio for me is less than %20 which is great.
Why would I sign that agreement?
-My dad is a money genius. He is old and wise, he has my best interest at heart. I trust him
Anywho Thanks Zach!

Damn there are a bunch of whiny little girls on this forum....
Who the fvck cares what him and his wife do? If they want a certain vehicle, and can afford it, more power to them. Most people question it because they are jealous...
Car looks sick man. I'm not a big fan of white or convertibles, but i'd still love to have that car. One day...
Oh yeah, and someone suggested heals and skirt pics....don't disappoint. LOL

i kind of understand your investing process... i kind of learn that sort of thing from my girlfriend who is getting into real estate and honestly now is the time to buy a house. with the market being so low you could seel the house in a few years and make money. kind of like what you did for the truck/cars
