Can Anyone run a vin for me pls?
Carfax is the biggest joke I've ever seen.
I did that before I bought my Fullsize Bronco. I ran it on every vehicle I've owned, my parents and friends.
It says, vehicle was in an accident, it doesn't tell you anything other than the severity of the accident and even then its still not accurate. So that 1998 Dodge Ram was in an accident! It probably got bumped into by some soccer mom in a parking lot! The best, most accurate way to determine if a vehicle has been "wrecked" is to physically go over it with the help of an experienced body-man/mechanic. The amount of time and money someone would spend on "restoring" a wrecked vehicle is going to be as LITTLE as possible which means they can't hide everything.
IMO Carfax only makes matters worse, because now you "know" that your vehicle was in an accident in 2000. Was it minor, major, severe? What does that mean?

When i looked up for a carfax on my current vehicle, it showed a minor rear end accident, but it gave a police report number so i could look that up
