Cannot locate fuse location

When working on the shifter in march in my truck my buddy plugged in light to have more visibility when installing my hurst...

Well on the passenger side of bezel is the 12v outlet he blew and I cannot track down precisely which location the fuse is at.. I've looked at the interior fuse block and the one under the hood and can't track it down, and yes my outlet is plugged in as I verified that when I swapped in my explorer hvac panel..

Truck is a 2007 regular cab xlt 2.3

The auxiliary power point fuse #34 (20amp) is located in the middle of the bottom row of the SJB. Ref Page 182 of the owners manual 2007 Owners Manual

Feature to Ford Fuse Translation Guide: "AUXILIARY POWER POINT (12VDC)" --> look for fuse called "Power point"
