so far i want rhinolined flares, bed,possibly valence, redline hood struts....

anyone know where you could get one of the covers that says 3,0?? i know i have seen them on the 4.0ltr~those look nice...

anywhooo got some cash burning a hole in the pocket! lol

smooth stainless caps to replace the bushwacker caps?? lol. i already have the stainless one on the front of the bed below the window :)

 

Newer badges, esp. on the fenders would look killer I think. Thats about all I can think of. The truck looks great as it is.

 

yeah i was gonna hit up a u-pull for some new ford emblems and try to do them black! i just wish the ranger emblems didn't have those pins! grrr

 

wahoo gotta love craigslist! just found some corners with the black housing for $20 :) hopefully i can snag them tomorrow! that oughta look a bit cleaner i'm not a fan of the ambers

 

I MIGHT just try some red krylon fusion paint on the ranger emblems. and do the edge sticker delete so it wont mismatch color wise :) thoughts?

 

I've been thinking about updating my emblems on the fenders and throwing a little paint on them too. With school and everything, chances are you'll beat me to it so if you decide to do it, let me know!

 

I think i'll do that tomorrow haha. especially for a cheap mod and something nobody really does.

but seeing as i have the red fx4 seats maybe red? switching to red interior leds also :p

 

and dude where did ya get the valance grille? as will smith once said "i have got to get me one of these!" lol

 

You really need to get rid of the chrome grill. It really looks weird on your truck

and leave everything else color matched. it'd look odd bedlined.

 

i know it wouldn't look as clean lined but it's my quad hauler. the flares and rocker panel have their fair share of paint chips from gravel roads.

also i'm getting some kmc xd series teflon coated 18" wheels once i wear these tires down

I say go with red to match the seats and the LEDs. And I got my grille from stylintrucks.com. It's made by Street Scene.

 

Or he could enjoy his money and spend it on things like his truck as he wishes... Whose to say he doesn't have a large chunk of money sitting in the bank and hes just using his spending money?

ummm yeah..i might be 21 but i know how to handle myself financially thank you. And if you must know my grandfather did leave me a fair amount of money when he passed and the last thing he said to me was to live in the present and do the things that keep you happy. this coming from someone who served in a war to pretect americans and came home to become a police officer. I learned everything about life from him and i know having toys and turning a wrench is what he would want me to be doing...hell he bought a harley at 80 and a brand new f350 at 85. and just like a 16 year old kid he was always adding things to make them look cool!

 

and back to the grille...what paint would you guys recommend? i want it to still be glossy

 

buy a painted one. it'd prolly be easier to work with then the chrome.

 

finally found an in bed tool box that i like!

for those of you with quads how sweet is that?? i didn't want a fullsize one because i like having the gate up when im hailing my trx450r around :)

 

i have looked EVERWHERE for a white one lol. my stock one was cracked when i bought it...hence the chrome one

honestly i think a black one would look good. especially when i paint the emblems black and get black heads and corners
