HAHAH i could argue with you all day with the law.......unsafe maby......1 in a trillion chance somthing goes wrong...i have seen hundreds of trucks/cars and suvs hit that jump......never one broken truck or problem..... i have seen a few friends roll their truck in the desert and rushed to the hospital .....your really going to say this in unsafe....dont ever drive through an intersection

 

Actually, I take my foot off the gas when ever going thruogh intersections. Plus, it only has to happen once... a broken cv shaft, or spindle... bust a tie rod... break the strut... or a torsion bar, hell, blow the bead on one of the front tires, and your ability to control the direction of the vehicle gets reduced to zero. God have mercy on anyone standing remotely close to the landing zone.

Oh yes, one more thing, if the cops catch you, they could very well nail you for reckless driving, among other things.

Point is, maybe in the future, if you want to take these risks, have your camera crew, stand further back, and use the zoom lens, to capture the action. This way no one gets run over, when that 1 in a trillion chance happens and you lose control.

That is a buddy of mine's. That thing is some kind of experiment by ford. All kinds of oddball things have gone wrong with it. There is some sound deadener patch that ford put on the inside of the bed that collects water and rusted the bastard through from the inside. He can't keep up with it, so he is looking for a new box.

 

that one got busted. the back of the bracket cracked almost in half. speaking of fogs, i do need a new passenger side one, cause mine looks really crappy.

looks like a very rough owner happened lol. havent had anything like that happen to me, i sure hope i dont.

 

i rolled it turning around on the street. i punched it and the sway and axle wrap and the locker and idk what exactly happpened but it like launched over and landed oon the driver side. it roled over towards the pass side but didnt mess that side up near as bad as the drivers side. i was only going like 10-15 when it happened. i also had 35/17.5/15 tires in hte back and 35/12.5 in the front cause i got a flat on my other 12.5's so it was like a foot wider in the back and that might have done it too im not sure.

 

when the hell did this happen?!

after a trip through the colfax river bottoms last summer. got mud waaaay down the intake and all around the plugs, and the coil. cost about $800 in motor repair. next time im fixing it myself. taking it to a shop ftl.






a friend of mine got hung up on his a-arm and tbars rock crawling at prarie city. didnt break anything but really tore up the rock as well as the steel.


and this was one time back in like november, got framed and gassed the **** out of it. and the window was open.. fail.

 

and damn tim i didnt even know that happened? when? where at?


and i forgot these. a kid endo-d his buick doing about 65 in my neighborhood. lost control and ended up about 10 feet from my truck and about 15 feet from my house. flew over 50 feet into the yard.






another friend rolled his truck then he rebuilt it and lifted it more.. now hes finished his SAS i believe.

 

a couple weeks ago over on 14th street. i just bought a 99 2wd with a clean body to put on my frame. it also has a 4.0 so thats going in as well. should be nice when its done
